Do I have to register in advance to order?
No. However, we need some important data from you that you can provide on the order completion page.
How does the ordering process in the online shop work?
first Put your desired products in the shopping cart.
second Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. You can update or pay for your shopping cart by going to “Checkout”.
3rd You will be asked to enter your personal data as well as the delivery and billing address.
4th Select your preferred method of payment and follow the steps given there.
5th When you have successfully completed your payment and we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Are all the products available in the online store available at the store?
All items that you see in the online shop, you can also purchase in our store.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are 3.90 EUR. For orders above 50 EUR the shipping is free throughout Austria. For more information, please visit here .
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are unfortunately no longer possible after paid order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us directly.
Why is the shopping cart empty even though I put something in?
If you do not allow cookies in your web browser, it is not possible to shop in the online shop.
